We recently had an amazing experience with A1 Floors and wanted to share how impressed we were from start to finish. First, they actually showed up on time for the estimate, which was refreshing after another company arrived over an hour and a half late. Robert, their sales representative, was fantastic throughout the entire process. His professionalism, knowledge, and technology really stood out. He measured every room digitally, and within minutes had our entire upstairs mapped out. About 10 minutes later, we already had a complete quote ready to review. Honestly, the longest part of the appointment was my wife and I trying to decide which carpet we loved most! Installation was scheduled about two weeks later, and once again the A1 Floors team exceeded expectations. They arrived exactly when they said they would, following up the night before and again early that morning. The installation crew moved all of the furniture and completed the entire upstairs in about five hours. The new carpet feels like we are walking on clouds.
