From start to finish our experience was top rate. John arrived promptly to give an estimate, scheduling was fast and carpet installation was quick and well done. Heather and John are professional and so friendly . I highly recommend A1 Floors!

We used A1 Floors a couple of years ago to put in luxury vinyl plank floors after an insurance claim. John came out to quote and he is very personable and knowledgeable about flooring. He was able to get us a really good deal that would be hard to find else where. We naturally chose A1 Floors again when we had to replace carpet before putting our home on the market recently. John was there again to help us pick something nice out within our budget and install on a precise time schedule. I can definitely say that everyone we dealt with, from the owner, to Heather in the office, to Craig the Installation Manager, is so professional and they are all willing to make you a truly satisfied customer. Their communication and follow through is second to none.

I have to say a1 flooring is absolutely amazing they worked so fast and got all 4 room done. They were neat and cleaned everything up . If anyone needs carpet I would totally recommend them. Their workers where really nice and friendly

Wonderful experience with A1 Flooring

We recently had an amazing experience with A1 Floors and wanted to share how impressed we were from start to finish. First, they actually showed up on time for the estimate, which was refreshing after another company arrived over an hour and a half late. Robert, their sales representative, was fantastic throughout the entire process. His professionalism, knowledge, and technology really stood out. He measured every room digitally, and within minutes had our entire upstairs mapped out. About 10 minutes later, we already had a complete quote ready to review. Honestly, the longest part of the appointment was my wife and I trying to decide which carpet we loved most! Installation was scheduled about two weeks later, and once again the A1 Floors team exceeded expectations. They arrived exactly when they said they would, following up the night before and again early that morning. The installation crew moved all of the furniture and completed the entire upstairs in about five hours. The new carpet feels like we are walking on clouds. We could not be happier with the quality, professionalism, communication, and overall experience. Thank you to Robert and the entire A1 Floors team. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring or carpet installation!

A 1 Flooring removed carpet and the tack strip on floors that will have different flooring when the house is sold. Heather was a joy to work with, quick to respond with all of our questions. The crew did an excellent job - the came on time, worked diligently. They called for a final walk through when they were done which I really appreciated. The quoted price for the work was below the other vendors I contacted.

From start to finish our experience with A1 was positive. We contacted several local flooring companies - supporting local was important to us - but A1s options and pricing were unmatched.
