How It Works
What the Estimate Must Include
To qualify for the A1 Floors Price Protection Guarantee, the competing estimate must be complete, written, and unaltered. It must come from a legitimate flooring company with a brick-and-mortar showroom located in the Triangle area of North Carolina.
The estimate must also match the A1 Floors project, including:
- The same materials, labor, and project scope
- The same manufacturer, product type, series, and color
- All pricing and project details clearly listed
The estimate must be emailed to info@a1floorsnc.com no later than the day before your scheduled installation.
Guarantee Exclusions
The Price Protection Guarantee applies to qualifying full residential flooring projects. Some services and project changes are not included. Material and/or labor only.
Exclusions include:
- Commercial estimates
- Repairs
- Sand and finish
- Buff and coat
- Any stair work
- Any unforeseen additions during installation are excluded
